About Us
The Bereavement Care Institute (BCI) was founded by Rev. Robert Moss in 1995. Rev. Robert Moss has a B.S., M. Min. He is the Pastoral Care Pastor at Citi Church Miami, Senior Chaplain of the North Miami Beach Police Department, Chairperson of Ives Estate Citizen’s Crime Watch Group, a member of Intracoastal District Citizen's Advisory Committee of Miami-Dade Police Department, and a member of the International Police Chaplain's Association.
The Bereavement Care Institute is a non-profit and non denominational corporation.
Our Mission
The Mission of the Bereavement Care Institute is to provide support and help for persons that have a significant loss in their life, training opportunities for persons who want to learn more about bereavement care, serve as a volunteer chaplain in business, hospitals, jails/prisons, fire and police departments, and to help churches and civic groups to establish a bereavement care program.
